About Our Company

Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate is a division of Campbell Property Management & Real Estate, Inc. Today the company is owned and operated by Bruce Campbell, Bill Campbell III, John Tight and Jim Rosemurgy. We continue to grow at a healthy rate and our local focus has helped us maintain control over the quality of services we provide.

Our Locations

Campbell & Rosemurgy have four excellent locations to better serve our clients and sales associates. Our East Broward office is located on East Hillsboro Blvd and serves as our corporate headquarters. We also have three other locations, in Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, and Lighthouse Point.

  • Personnel - All of our offices have a full time administrative assistant to handle the incoming calls and visitors. Our full time bookkeeper processes your commission checks quickly and you are paid in a timely manner.
  • Company Magazine - The company magazine is periodically printed and mailed to the areas that our agents are already marketing to. We offer an opportunity to purchase full or half page ads at a discount to feature yourself and your listings.
  • Mailing Program - Mailing jumbo-size postcards for "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" properties are free to you.
  • Advertising - Company paid advertising includes regular ads in the Sun Sentinel newspaper, Homespot magazine and The Observer newspaper. We are a showcase company for Realtor.com for $250.00 per Realtor.
  • Commission - Campbell & Rosemurgy offers a 60/40 commission split for beginning agents, with a graduated scale increasing your percentage. There is a low administrative fee of .1% of the scale price with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $125 on each sale.
  • Fun - Campbell & Rosemurgy realtors have a good time while remaining professionals. We have an annual holiday party. We march in parades and participate in Chamber of Commerce events.
  • Start-up Costs - We provide you with your first set of buisness cards and your first mailing of affiliation notes.
